All services are performed based on client-provided information regarding property type, square footage, condition, and scope. Material changes may result in revised pricing.
2. Estimates & Adjustments
Quotes are based on disclosed property details. If site conditions materially differ, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or reschedule service.
3. Payment Terms
Project-based or specialty services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees as permitted under New York law.
4. Access & Site Conditions
Client must ensure safe access, operational utilities, and completion of contractor work prior to final cleaning unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for contractor work performed after our service completion.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion regarding concerns within the agreed scope. We will make reasonable efforts to address documented service deficiencies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
